Shotwell Apartments

MAS navigated a host of building codes and regulations to complete this remodel of an existing 10-unit apartment building within budget and on schedule. Working with consultants and the builder, MAS updated the building envelope, windows, common areas and unit interiors without triggering more cumbersome approvals and minimizing disruption to existing tenants.
