Sausalito Remodel

MAS was asked to update a Sausalito home with stunning views while preserving the original feeling of the mid-century home. Life unfolds in the home’s open upper level where social spaces and a bedroom suite engage views and daylight. On the lower level, the design clarifies the organization of entries, bedrooms, and workspaces, enhancing the flow of movement through the floor while retaining a sense of privacy. New or restored finishes, inside and out, complete the project.
