MAS designed this boutique, food retail location in the Marina District. Precise documentation of unique design elements including a “no-cut tile” pass through wall at the kitchen and curved wood casework enabled accurate bidding from the building trades, preventing cost overruns or construction delays. MAS also navigated San Francisco Planning approvals for the exterior façade renovation including finishes, signage and lighting as well as health department approvals.
