Jones Street Co-Housing

Accelerating changes in how we live and work are prompting property owners to re-evaluate the potential of existing assets. The feasibility study explored the conversion of an existing parking garage into a new model of urban co-housing. The nine-story tower comprises 76 micro-units set around a core of shared living and kitchen/dining spaces on alternating floors.
