For this start-up headquarters, MAS worked closely with the clients, broker, and building owner/contractor to deliver extensive tenant improvements within budget and on schedule. MAS’s early analysis informed lease negotiations while close collaboration allowed the team to confirm budget and scope - using BIM to streamline decision making - before moving forward with construction documents. Scope included construction administration and FF&E.
