Restaurant-Bar - DIA

Set within a newly expanded terminal at Denver International Airport, this restaurant concept pairs a bar/restaurant and coffee roaster. To complement the restaurant’s marquis location, which features high ceilings and compelling views, MAS created a sculptural landmark minimally finished in natural wood and white. This undulating form establishes a mix of seating areas – bar, lounge and dining – while concealing back-of-house operations.
