The airport restaurant entrepreneur behind Farmer Brown and New Belgium partnered with MAS to win an extensive contract at Oakland International Airport. MAS’s agile design and digital capabilities delivered eight distinctive restaurant concepts while coordinating complex MEP, life safety and accessibility requirements with the existing terminal infrastructure. MAS is developing three of the concepts: The Hangar, Oaklandish Coffee Collective, and Calavera.
